There is no such thing as too precise when it comes to"Brewing YOUR OWN Beer." A "Beer," is being brewed that in the end will be comsumed by the brewer and probably some of his family members and friends. If the "Brewer" is precise when he brews a batch of "Beer" he can be precise in determining whether or not the result he was spending his hard earned time and money to accomplish was acceived. Now I know you might be thinking "WTH it's just a beer! --See you in Part 5:)

I have only ever used LME in my homebrews...i love the idea of all grain but it seems like a chemistry lesson watching this...i take it the temps are critical for correct enzyme action and max malt production...great videos...its definitely not for the faint hearted but am told the beer is much better than using just LME...

apparently you can make dog treats from the spent grain, you were asking if you could do something with them.
