I used finger locks most often in 3 scenarios: standing and ground grappling (GREAT when used to peel off grips and attack any posting hand),fighting the Muay Thai plum, and as a disarm during weapons training. That mess WORKS.

Tashi, is a great teacher! I am so luck to train with him every week in durham.
I have his vivs and books too. All are very good!!

I'm interested in getting one of your videos from Tashi Price. Specifically one on finger locking. Which one would you suggest.
Also, does he show different grips, close ups of the grips and how to transition, and how much more detailed are his explanations?

1:3 to 1:6 is so nice

This is pretty painful stuff. I love this art, I think it's pretty simple to grasp.

looks like this was filmed at Ormaza's dojo in Dallas NC. Good Troy Price seminars there all the time.

i agree with freakytiki55, would be an asset if THIS video actually showed the move instead of having it blocked. but, gives me something to figure out on my friends ;)
sorry folks but I cannot see anything....

Do you mean the video's not working?

This is interesting, but it would be much more educational if the viewer could actually SEE the hands and what they are doing. All I could see was that the defender somehow grabbed the attacker's fingers. Other than that, I saw nothing. Please show a close up. Thanks

There are instructional videos where he shows from additional angles. There are also more detailed explanations on his DVD's.
