  • The car was pulled by the police into the bus stop, it didn't park there.

  • i cut mine off, 30 seconds, fuck em, NSL services are pretending to be the DVLA. who is NSL services???????? NCP car parks. private companies taking cars for cash.

  • you know what to do then dont ya..... BUY YOUR TAX!!!!

  • Faster than the police

  • @HOLLNAIER "Travelling... is a right enshrined in the Magna Carta..."

You can walk, can't you? Nothing in the Magna Carta says you have a right to drive a motor vehicle - or a horse, for that matter.

  • The guy probably brought another car down the road and then continued his journey.

    Much cheaper that way.

  • Why don't we (freemen-on-the-land) buy our own wheel clamps? As these bullies seem to use the wheel mechinism as a way to impeed and remove "vehicles", surely this would hinder their efforts somewhat?

  • @johnvid check your dvla registration. you are only the registered KEEPER, not the owner.

when a car is registered it is the property of DVLA, to be kept by the registered keeper.

  • @wobbers99 yeh, that works if you know how to use them. though an angle grinder has the advantage of not needing to know how to pick locks. fire it up and away you go.

  • @leapoffaith20 Or a simple pick set. Legal to remove as there is no criminal damage.

Without a court order they are breaking the Law. DVLA is a private company. Don't be fooled!

  • Id quod nostrum est, sine facto nostro ad alium transferi non potest. What belongs to us cannot be transferred to another without our consent. Dig. 50, 17, 11. But this must be understood with this qualification, that the government may take property for public use, paying the owner its value. The title to property may also be acquired, with the consent of the owner, by a judgment of a competent tribunal.
