Why don't we (freemen-on-the-land) buy our own wheel clamps? As these bullies seem to use the wheel mechinism as a way to impeed and remove "vehicles", surely this would hinder their efforts somewhat?

@johnvid check your dvla registration. you are only the registered KEEPER, not the owner.

when a car is registered it is the property of DVLA, to be kept by the registered keeper.
