I Never Thought I'd Catch THIS Lovebug.. ( A Jonas Love Story ) Chapter 57

Chapter 57(:
(..and was just putting the fourth stack on a plate when I felt hands wrap around my waste. I leaned back into the strong arms,
but then realize they weren't the same ones that were holding me as I fell asleep last night.)

I turned around to be face to face with.. Joe.
"Hey good lookin, what's cookin?"
"JOSEPH ADAM!" I said, scrambling out of his arms.
"Chill Jamie..." He started laughing at me. "I'm kidding now. I know you love my brother, trust me."
"I know that, and you know that, but what if someone had just walked in?! One of my brothers, or one of YOUR brothers! Jeez Joe, think a little."
"Wow, someone woke up on the WRONG side of the love-boat this morning." I rolled my eyes at him.
"No.. Just.. ugh, brothers, being nosy and thinking I'm apparently a slut, and just.. lots of stuff going on. But I don't want to think about that now.." I could tell he was about to say something, but then Emily, Nick, and Kramer walked in. Kramer still had a scowel on his face, but I just rolled my eyes, turned around and continued cooking pancakes.
"Smells delicioso sis!" Emily said. Wow, she was never a morning person.
"Thanks. Yall can help yourselves, I'm already on my fifth batch."
"Wow, someone's hungry?" Kramer said, taking a plate and heading over to where I was cooking. I just shrugged, half smiled, half smirked, and then went back to cooking. Soon Nick came up behind me and did exactly the same as Joe did, wrapping his arms around my waste, but then rested his head on my shoulder.
"Hey beautiful. What's wrong?"
"Absolutely nothing." I said while turning and giving him a light kiss on the lips. I didn't care who was watching. "Grab some pancakes, this is the last batch and then I'll sit at the table with you." He smiled, showing his agreement and gave me a light kiss on my neck before turning to sit at the table. I turned to take another plate of pancakes to the table, and saw Kramer looking at me half with concern, but the other half was a glare. I set the plate on the table and we all began to chow down. Soon after, Kevin and Carter came in and joined us. We all decided to make today a "mall day." I needed new converse, Carter needed new basketball shoes, Emily needed more perfume, and so on the list went.. Everybody agreed it would be fun trip for our next to the last day all together. (AN: Kramer, Michael & Kaylee, and Emily are the ones leaving on Monday, BTW.)
My parents came down and we gave them the table to eat alone, after cleaning up our dishes. We all changed fairly quickly and then headed for the three story mall.
Once we got there, we split up into groups. Kevin and Emily went off, and we all let them since it was their almost last day being together. What they had decided completely was beyond me. Mental note: sister talk later.
Nick, Carter, Joe, Kramer and me decided we could all stay together, but everyone except Joe wanted to take the escalators.
"Cmon Joe! These are like, the REASON, I suggested the mall." I said.
"Nahh. I like the elavators better. Meet you upstairs! Second or third floor?"
"Uhh," Carter said, reading the map. "Third."
"Oki doki!" He said, and headed toward the elavator.
We four headed towards the escalators. A couple fans came up in the process, just wanting autographs and a picture, and then we proceeded to get on them. Lucky Joe, he was on the elevator away from all these screaming girls.. but wait, I used to be one of these screaming girls.
We were making our way to the escalator going to the third floor when a loud speaker came on.
"Attention shoppers; there has been a machine malfunction. Our elevators have stopped, and we are in the process of locating the problem. If you have aquaintances on the elevators, please remain calm. We will have them out momentarily."
