im a bisexual male and i agree with everything your saying and i have had some of the same experiences, such as family not taking my same sex partners seriously, so i understand where your coming from

I love that you talk about how people inside and outside LGBT discriminate against bisexuals. I'm 24, and in my experience, it's one of the hardest things to accept about myself and also one of the hardest things to explain. I feel like those of my family and friends who know don't take it seriously because they see it as an act of desperation/immaturity/wanting attention. It's been 12 years. I'ts not going to just go away. Sometimes I just want to scream I AM BISEXUAL AND IT'S NOT JUST A PHASE!

Well I the world is mainly straight. Thats why you see that. Also the girlfriend comment only works with women. You will rarely see a straight(allegedly) being friends with a gay dude. Would never happen in my world

Yes, we are not well represented - or correctly represented either - in the mainstream media. It' sadly a very straight world we live in. We have to really fend for yourselves, constantly reminding those who claim to love us that we also have feelings. The homophobic atomosphere of this world WANTS us to hate ourselves and our own lifestyle, they think perhaps we will want to repent...LOL. The internalized hate within our own community seems to be growing, it baffles me to no end. Rock on!

As a stone femme.. I find it hard to find places where i fit too even within the community.

I can't relate to 50% plus of the video but that is personal reasons but I think you did an awesome job for this video. and too add on with the discrimination within the community there is a lot of internal hate as well thwords pansexual and Gender Queer/Genderless people. I can not grasp the concept of biseuality but I do think it is true and real why i can not grasp it I think is because I do not see a gender binary.

I totally know what you mean with the having straight girl friends an all, I have a lot of straight girl friends too and go to a college with only straight girls and it is really hard for me because when I was with my now ex gf I could never talk about her like the other girls talked about their bf's because they didn't understand at all. Anyways nice video hun. You look gorgeous. :)

I like your video, and you are such a brilliant person. But could you change your editting style? English is not my native language, so I don't know how to explain this... But you cut the video and connect it to other part, so when you are speaking, the image and sound frequently jump to the new part. I know you edit your video in order to make it short enough for the time limit, but it is somewhat annoying. It ruins the video where you are saying extremely intelligent things.
I have been a subscriber to you viedoes for some time. You are very insightfull and I enjoy what you have to say. I think what you said about the Bi and Trans part of LGBT is so true. I am a member of the T. I have frends that identfy as any one of the subgroups. and there is discrimination even within just the trans part. You would thing that we could at least support each other within the comunity.

@Linsong123 I completely agree! If we want to see changes in society as a whole, we must first start with changing our community to make it more equal, accepting, and understanding! I fully support the trans community, as well as the gay, lesbian, bisexual, pansexual, butch, femme, and any other label or gender you can think of...we are all in this together! Thank you for being a subscriber! :) Keep in touch!
