Everyone wants transparency. But how do you decide what level of transparency to provide? The answer lies in understanding the difference between "want" and "need".

  • You have to provide enough transparency to build trust. Transparency based on a clear assesement of WANTS & NEEDS. Because too much information, or too much transparency can be deadly.

  • I like this trick. In the reality could be dificult be complete transparency with the customers. We must be aware how our clients perceive our brand and services involved in the relationship with them.

  • We have to know our customers and determine what they exactly want to hear from you. By building an emotional bond and being transparent with them, you are building trust too and this way they will respond to what their "needs" and "wants" are.

  • When I determine the level of transparency, I will observe what customers want to know and make them be satisfied. Entertaining them, as well as building trust with them. Opening processes of production to the public can be interesting for customers.

  • CYA or transparency?
