@bgoodrick Most restaurants around here don't fold them like that. They do standard triangles. I got some take-out from some place and they were folded in the way you're describing. I don't like them; they're too crunchy because there's not enough filling.
I really like it when they are folded like "flower bud" wontons. c:

I prefer folding the sides inward to touch, leaving the corners out and looking like a four-sided star. Basically how most Chinese restaurants do it.

Ok, I folded my crab ragoon like that, and they just puffed up like blow fish in the deep fryer. Plus they started to float, making it hard to cook them!

@soul4tran this one shows how to fold ,..the how to make part is on other videos

well ppl. it seems obvious enough that he put the wraps on the table and wet the edges on all four with egg and put the paste in the middle and that is where the starts is at...the folding part.

ok.. what about the 1st 99% of the process??? who gave this video 5 stars?? lol
shame 'expert village' can't put the entire process in one video. show us from start to finish-- that would be nice

What an odd video. Everything was already done and he basically just showed us his finished product. This video does not deserve the "How To Make..." title.
