Jimmy Sommerville was the first pop star that ever came out of the closet as gay back in 1984. When he was a member of Bronski Beat, they had a single named "Smalltown Boy". It was a gay mantra for young gay people back in the 80s.

News Flash! Gay folks can have biological children and I mean the natural way as well. Boy, the ignorance in the world. It kills me how folks profess their straighthood by proclaiming they have X amount of children and are married. Not all gay folk are sissy's and/or bulldykes.
