End Of The Norm
Inspired by Irene. From the safety of my apartment building I set out to document the storm with a camera and a guitar and found myself capturing the storm from the perspective of a homeless person that happened to be there because she had nowhere else to go. It was safe for most of us who have a home or a shelter and it moved me and the song toward exposing the reality of what some people have to do to ride out the storm. This homeless woman found shelter in the entrance to my building during the entire storm. She needed help before the storm and still needs it so if you see her around help her out. She is everywhere.
