@SilentTrama - Actually it isn't that expensive: Many of my instruments were broken when I bought them. And non-Hammond organs are generally very cheap nowadays. I bought the Technics organ at a flea market for the equivalent of 80$ because it was broken. But as you can hear I managed to repair it.

is yamaha and technics are rivals?

Yamaha and Technics both made organs so they were off course rivals in some way. But they were quite different regarding design and sound. So both of them had there group of users who preferred one brand over the other. The main difference between my Yamaha and my Technics is that the Yamaha is digital where the Technics is a bit older and analogue.

I see you manually hit the drum break button, isn't the foot switch able to do this ?

No. It can be used to do start/stop and glide. Funny though - the other organs can all do break with their foot controllers.

@organfairy And....Yamaha has the louzy habit of putting congas on their rock and beat 8 rythm sections nowadays. Personally, my ideal organ would be Hammond drawbars, with Orla phasing knob, and Yamaha rythm section form their Electone B series! I lke your style, organfairy.
