  • jeez.. Sakimoto sure knows how to make the genny sound great. All his stuff (Gauntlet 4, Midnight Resistance...etc) sound great!

  • I knew there were a few playformer style pinball games for the genesis, but was unaware there was a breakout style platformer. I would've played the hell out o f this back in the day if I knew about it :/

  • 2:50 TRON Tribute? The music in this game is sick!

  • The sounds are much alike Midnight resistance and Two Crude Dudes. Both games with great music too.

  • never knew about this game, the music is amazing

  • The SNES chip sound is good for guitar. Just listen music of Battlemaniacs...

But, it's true that Genesis is more for hardcore/techno music. SNES is better at "orchestral" sound.

  • @nintygaming uh what about lightning force.....for genesis

  • THANK UUU FOR POSTING!!!! IMA HARDCORE SEGA AND DEVILISH FAN!!!!

  • @nintygaming It better be superior it came out two years after the Genny. Nintendo sat down, looked at Sega's system and said ok how can we make ours better! Of course they didn't think having a fast cpu was an issue so they cheaped out on that!

  • @nintygaming Actually Thunder Force IV/Lightening Force on Genesis metal tracks totally destroy any metal tracks on SNES sorry to say. :)

  • @nintygaming Well if were just going to pick favorites and bash the other, the Genesis was fantastic and making great upbeat themes that made you wanna dance. The Snes was ALWAYS focused on being "Real". that meant, the melodies were sucky, slow, and boring, but sounded Technically good. So The Snes FAILS to me and many many other people.

  • @nintygaming You always have to remember, that the Snes is 2 years newer than The Genesis. The Genesis did a damn good job in competing (And in my mind, winning) against the Snes. the snes may sound more realistic, but that doesn't automaticly make it "Better".
