The official goverment HAARP website, the patents are listed on their reference pages.. everything Dutchsinse noted is public see for yourself, unfortunately resently that site seems down now and nobody can get on, at least since the last time I tried. haarp.alaska.edu

Oh my god - that totally twists the words. It says nothing of the sort!!! There is no mention that HAARP could cause an explosion. It says HAARP could perform the same "function" as detonation of a nuclear device. It is well known that nuclear explosion cause an electromagnetic pulse. A little knowledge is a dangerous thing!!

holy mary mother of God what is this world coming too..i get chills up my spine when i think about what will or could happen in the next 25 years,what have we as mankind done,were on a race to develop weapons that could destroy the earth in mere minutes,i believe this technology is already being misused..my god what have we become :(

this is what we've been studying in an old physics book : one of the three methods of uranium isotope separation involves electromagnetic process; uranium particles are ionized, accelerated & bent into semi-circular paths by means of a powerful magnetic field applied; they're shredding the biosphere, this is a crime, not a "test", yo' they fried human "test subjects" too, they admit it, thx!!!

Just like the fake war on terror. They need a new enemy and a new type of warfare so that they can continue to destroy the environment while everyone on the planet is distracted. Thats the real goal, total destruction of the environment. These people are insane and are guilty of so many crimes against humanity, it is unbelievable that they always get away with it. It is time to sort out the mess i'm afraid. Dangerous toys have to be binned now....
