@Gaiacarra They're definitely told which intros they'll be doing before the show. Kelly Rowland said "Nobody knows this song. I didn't know this song, did you know this song?" during her episode.

Also I just love watching the girl from Alphabeat doing the intro to "Hoppipolla". So unbelievably cute. Like one of Santa's little workshop elves or something.
