I have been to Eastleigh, the dust and the dead Chokora found on the garbage piled on major intersections. The plastic garbage thrown on the street by the merchants that choke of the sewer which they then stepover while squeezed in by reckless matatus. Totally lacks enforced bylaws.
I do think however that this is a good investment, the population in that part of the world is growing, land and living quarters are becoming scarce and you could get back you investment in short time.
