  • WOW!! Very informative...

JY Park is so right...buying a whole album is so inconvenient, it not like all the songs in the album are worth listening..it's a waste of money..

it's great he came up with a mini-album..

Well i'd say he's a visionary of Asian music..

Great analysis of what will happen to the future music industry..

  • JYP is a freakin genius.

  • As an older American tired of the American music scene I found K Pop to be such a refreshing change. I love what JYP, SM and others are doing. I've become a big fan. The Korean young ladies present a role model that I would have my own daughter emulate. I hope the Wonder Girls rub off on us instead of the other way round

  • He speaks well!

  • I just wanna add some shed of light on this matter. I can understand how genius his thought is, but from another point of view, he may have either ignored or missed the fact that by selling the stars/idols instead of good tracks or album, there is a bigger potential that majority of people will someday begin to buy the artist and not the music. You know what I mean. I fear that in the future, next generations will not know good music anymore, but simply cool stars.

  • this is why YG and JYP have the inside track

and why SM overdoes it by pushing 13 member groups down our throats'

    whatever works i guess

  • I've noticed him and the YG boss/director are really intelligent people! they just know how to make the right decsisions

  • this guy seems like the only one in the music industry that has his head in the right place and not up his own ass.

  • That makes sense, because people either download illegally or buy offline. So making a hard copy album is very expensive and wasteful. :) This way they don't waste their money on making albums and having left overs. Nonetheless, it's true what he says maybe listeners only want certain songs off that album anyways :)

  • where's his accent?????

  • uhm...hello iTunes -.-
