just one thing for me i dont understand how people eat ice cold eggs or when they put veggies in ice cold water maybe its just me but i like my food hot

@jbrown1951 Its called an ice bath..its shocks and stops the cooking process and help to retain their colour. You do this method if your doing large quantities and reheat them later.

@CpopMusik its a french technique called steam fried...its very healthy and if cooked right it makes your egg taste fantastic.
