I've seen #4208 an Atlantic City on Saturday.

He stopped cause there was most probably another train switching tracks to enter or leave the adjacent platforms.

Yep 4208 was the NJCL train that day. Ironically that was the same train I rode home on after I left Hoboken that day as well.
