    I don't think that will ruin it, but it will burn out the motor if you let it run like that for 7-10 minutes....

  • @Midnight1XCoffee no it didn't... that noise was because it was ful, so it was obstructing the airflow, thats why you should never fill a dyson past it's max line, or it will damage it...
