I had a ton of spare SS Washers laying around, so I wanted to see if I could turn them into a fuel cell.

I guess it worked, because if it didn't I wouldn't be posting this video.

Here is the configuration:

1/16" thick nylon spacer

  • What we you using for power?

  • @PaulPiat I am using a PC Power Supply that I modified for use as a 12V Lab Power Supply. The model I am using is capable of providing up to 25A of current.

  • The highest temperature reading was 98 degrees Fahrenheit. It does not reach boiling point.

  • what if you put your hand in the water

  • @92BMW318is The Hydrogen Generator would not hurt you if you put your hand in the water, but you would want to wash your hands right away, because the KOH that is used as an electrolyte is Caustic and will cause skin irritation.

  • @HHO4ALL

no i mean if you were running the machine would it shock u

  • @92BMW318is No, you are only applying 12V of power at very low amperage. The risk of shock isn't an issue.

  • @HHO4ALL your unit is impressive with so small unit and great output.

  • Hi! I hope someone could help me with my HHO. I made a dry cell; 12pcs 4x4 stainless steel plates. The connections I tried were (+)(-)(n)..... and (+)(n)(-). I have also used plain water and water with sea salt. Water with sea salt produces a lot of HHO but the unit keeps on heating up. The water has an acceptable out put and doesn't heats up. I connect the unit to my car directly to 12volt battery. Any suggestions to reduce heat and produce more output?

  • Hi Sir! like how hot is the generator? is it boiling?

  • Still tinkering working on very small 40 plate design ill post a vid of that one in action and maybe blow up some soap bubbles if you try it you may want to keep the amont of bubbles smaller than a golf ball for first run and unplug your gen first
