  • Great video! Very informative and so simple. Thanks!

  • Such a smart little boy. Now I know why I'm so fat. I'll be reading all of my food product labels more closely from now on. Hope to see another commercial from this child prodigy. He must take after his uncle.

  • Re: 5.50.

According to the calories per serving and calories from fat the total amount of fat is 20%. Do the maths. Now why does it say at total fat 7%?

Which is it? 7% or 20%?

Look for Jeff Novick. He will tell you the information on these labels is meaningless. All you need to know is calories and calories from fat.

  • This realy helped, thanks

  • this was great!

  • If you don't know what an ingredient is it doesn't necessarily mean it is a preservative or anything else it just means you don't know what it is. Xanthan gum is a bacteria derived thickener: it isn't unhealthy.

  • This makes me wanna read my pantry.

  • This makes me want to read everything in my pantry...

  • This retarded 12 year old kid actually has a couple good points.
