According to the calories per serving and calories from fat the total amount of fat is 20%. Do the maths. Now why does it say at total fat 7%?
Which is it? 7% or 20%?
Look for Jeff Novick. He will tell you the information on these labels is meaningless. All you need to know is calories and calories from fat.

If you don't know what an ingredient is it doesn't necessarily mean it is a preservative or anything else it just means you don't know what it is. Xanthan gum is a bacteria derived thickener: it isn't unhealthy.

Such a smart little boy. Now I know why I'm so fat. I'll be reading all of my food product labels more closely from now on. Hope to see another commercial from this child prodigy. He must take after his uncle.
