How to CORRECTLY add Minecraft to Steam w- overlay (works on x64 too!)

This works! Just add it as you normaly would, but for the path use:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin\javaw.exe" -jar "C:\PATH\TO\Minecraft.exe"

You MUST have the 32bit java installed for this to work, sorry! (You can have both installed just fine)

@NexonPR0 yes, we do. Tell notch and steam that. Im well aware this uses 32 bit. I even say that in the video. It doesnt work with 64 bit. Period.

For some people this will work with 64 bit java. For most it won't (not through steam). If you want it in steam with the overlay, you will likely HAVE to use 32 bit one.

i found it easier to add minecraft the wrong way and launch it through steam

Correction to my last comment, you actually haven't helped, all you've done is made steam launch MC in 32bit, so I coulda just done that myself.
