My 06 YFZ 450 used to do that really bad since the carb came jetted really lean from the factory and it has the titanium header. I richened up my mix by going with larger jets and it doesn't do that nearly as bad anymore. It used to feel like my leg was gonna melt off after just 20-30 minutes on the trail.
