The sun only gives very little Vitamin D anyway. Besides taking supplements, most Vitamin D we get comes from the food we eat, particularly dairy products.

Maybe the weather sucks so bad by you...its only natural that its depressive...come stay in Sunny South Africa Natal and you will never have that problem:-)

@mragustinsouth No I don't. It has estrogen-like chemicals in it that are not healthy for most humans. Most soy is also GMO.
