  • @mragustinsouth No I don't. It has estrogen-like chemicals in it that are not healthy for most humans. Most soy is also GMO.

  • The sun only gives very little Vitamin D anyway. Besides taking supplements, most Vitamin D we get comes from the food we eat, particularly dairy products.

  • Maybe the weather sucks so bad by you...its only natural that its depressive...come stay in Sunny South Africa Natal and you will never have that problem:-)
