UPDATE: This truck is finally done and with my recent injury I won't be riding my quad anytime soon, so I can focus on getting videos up of this truck for those who want it.

damn man i would take this truck how it is anytime....i love these trucks so much!. i dont mind working on trucks especially old ones b cuz there is so much room in the engine to get around....onece its done they look great to!

How has the restoration come along? Any more recent videos. Considering something similar as a project car for my son who is in high school.

@OGOaker It's not going great. Still isn't done over a year later. If you want to do it for your son like my grandparents are doing for me than buy something that only needs a little work. To get this done you have to put so much time into it that it takes a toll on my grades and social life. If I don't work on it than I am out of a vehicle. If you want a project I can understand but don't make it his vehicle.

do u know wt kind of motor would bolt up to the transmission of a 66 chevy c10 stepside ? i was thinking a lt1 from a camaro wts ur opinion on this

@hulk3606 i believe that they did a few of these with the corvette engine in them from the same year and that they really haul. for a 327 mine really gets going though, not even my grandmas vw bug with turbo can accel that quick.
