For a legendary skin, it lacks EVERYTHING that makes a legendary skin stand out; such as new emotes/animations.

Usually most, if not all, legendary skin has new emote/animation tied to QWER and the usual /laugh and /taunt.

@josieley Annie is all about burst kills at lvl 6. Unless you really need help in lane, you should go for dmg. Shield is good around lvl 9 when teamfights start happening frequently and you need the extre defense and ability to charge stun faster. Go for more dmg and get early kills, gank top and bot constantly, and get fed.
