I had stopped at the entrance to Edinburgh Castle to snap some pictures when this Daimler Limousine arrived. No idea who was in, if it was royalty or not because a stupid tourist woman stepped right in front of me to take her picture as it passed right in front of me.

  • Correct, it is the Silver Jubilee car, you can tell by the heightened roof. Nobody royal in it though, or there would be a flag. Perhaps rehearsing for the tattoo. I imagine this car might be taken to Scotland for the Queen's annual visit to Holyrood.

  • The Queen's Rolls-Royce Phantom VI, delivered in 1977 for her Silver Jubilee. Surely no one could mistake that grille, and those flowing lines for anything other than a Rolls-Royce? Finished in the Royal colours of Black and Claret.

  • No number plate????? guess who?

  • Er.. Rolls Royce actually.
