cntd: as much as I love sonic he wasn't wholly original ever (bar his attitude and speed), sonics technically influenced pretty heavily off megaman (ie mad scientist wants to create a utopia, megaman/sonic has to stop them and both have to stop robots of some sort that have been brainwashed).
I guess it was part attempt for a sonic mario character but it never felt like that to Me, seeing this ending I wouldn't mind a contra/ rocket knight adventures crossover game.

Sparkster was never like a sonic or mario character ( he was more like the opossum version of a contra person ) and it showed since sparkster was created by the guy who did alien wars, this game and many others, I still hate that some think he's a sonic clone (which doesn't make any sense considering how different sparkster is like earthworm jim and how he stood out) I facepalm when some say a spinning attack he's copying sonic, (blanka had it in sf2 before sonic and other games

That's one of the things that made first rocket knight adventures so great :) (unlike it's sequels and don't get Me started on rocket knight, bring these guys back and remake the first rka in hd sprites and give us a true successor to the first one if you're even listening konami! ).

Glad to see that Konami hasn't forgotten about the little ol' Rocket Knight after all.... (Sparkster). I may have to get New Track and Field for the DS, just for the fact that Sparkster's in it.
