Works of William Bouguereau (1825-1905) set to "Sous le dôme épais ("Flower Duet" - Lakmé) - Léo Delibes" as performed by Jane Berbié (Mezzo Soprano) and Dame Joan Sutherland (Soprano)
@fabianoasc Thank you! What else can I ask for from this perfect video? My very favorite piece of music and William Bouguereau togheter! Thanks Fabiano. I simply LOVED it! :-)
put some art, a beautiful expression of beauty itself, then add something even more beautiful and magnificent: A Woman...
Then, when they were fascinating in the beginning separately, and we put them together, the product is a demostration of what the hand of a god can do, a divine masterpiece... art and women
I was really just looking for the sutherland/berbie recording of the Lakme, but I got treated to a feast of beautiful art as well. It doesn't get much better than this!
Un video bellisimo*****
