My own investments have been doing incredibly well because I take advantage of the big dips in the market. Volatility is a GOOD thing potentially. Many Investors who use dollar cost averaging are going to be pleasantly surprised at how well they've done once things level off and they see how many extra shares they've been picking up on a regular basis ...with the same basic regular investment.
