@sweetychewy Hey girl. This thing really does work. I really was expecting to take them back to the GNC and getting my refund and then buying the HCG instead but I'm definitely keeping these. I have been working out since I got them but not anything extreme and since Tuesday I have lost 5.9lbs! Can't believe it. Eating has changed alot though. It definitely curbs my appetite. I can usually eat a whole small pint of shrimp fried rice by myself. Yesterday I only had 1/2 of it. Thx!!!

@sweetychewy cause i need my sleep... lol i love sleeping... but yeah... and another thing, my appetite is still kinda there... i'll say around 4 o'clock my stomach is growling and i feel so hungry... mind you that after i take the pill in the am i might have a light breakfast and around lunch time i have a protien shake, thats supposed to satisfy hunger longer.... idk,,, hopefully things start to shift to positive soon... but yeah.... i can talk about this all day with you lol...

@sweetychewy yeah.. honestly, i dont feel like or look like i've been losing weight... thats why i asked... i mean, i have tons of energy and i do get kinda of sluggish around 5pm now... but i guess thats because i havent started taking the second pill... which i will be doing today... hopefully im not a live wire at night...

@finenfoxxy i do think that it does work...buts its a lot of work that is needed upon yourself...you have to be disiplined in taking them..
