strukxion- so since you are wise, den tell us how EXACTLY the prophet zikrs? Tell us, my brother. Share us your knowledge. Tell us, how to remember Allah.Even if you zikr trance-like, in a state of zouk, it is not up to people to decide whether the person goes to hell or heaven. It is only Allah. Why keep saying this is bid'ah,when there are so many more problems in yourself? the problem of riak, takabur, jealousy, love of dunia? Why focus on others when there are so many flaws in thyself?

Muslims must be patient with one another otherwise the enemies of Islam will be laughing with delight to see us all fighting. These people are not putting down the prophet (saw), blaspheming against the name of Allah (swt)are they? In this time of hatred agaisnt Muslims, it is good for Muslims to come together and be together to strengthen their faith in rememberance of Allah (swt) and His messenger (saw). Be compassionate as the Holy Quran tells us to be. Do not judge too hastily.

@danagirl23 We have lot of ways to please God which are described by every religion. Every religion preach for peace. Good Morning, Salam, shalom, namastay all are words for peace. religion make us responsible to take care of relatives, neigbours, orphan. tht is easy way to please God. unfortunately today islam got limited to prayers. we think do more and more prayers and God will get pleased but wehave totally ignored real purpose of Islam. which is to serve the peace to humanity

@sherafgan If this "innovation"  (Sufism) brings joy and peace to many people that encourages them to do God's work with even more fervor, then would it be a bad thing?

@danagirl23 Other religions have their own way to please God . We are not discussing that and we should not we read and understand the meaning of " Lakum dinakum wa li ud din" in Quran. Topic is status of bidah (annovation)meaning are much clear to every sect of Islam. if we do grammer /speling mistakes, teacher come farward to correct us. this is the only way of correction . if the teacher dont point it out that mistake will start get multiplied

@sherafgan When people get overly concerned with doctrine and "correct practices," it's easy to put people in two camps--us versus them. It becomes more about cultural limitations and tribal mentalities than connecting with the Divine Essence which is God. Creativity comes from God, and people express their love of God through various forms of worship, whether Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist, etc. Let's bring community, not discord--there's already enough of that in the world. Amin.

our prayers are liked by God but whether we can start to do that 8 times a day? similarly three times call for each sound logival as in games there isfirst call, second call and third call for players. so if one consider it good and start doing it. what you will reply. he will come to you with your good bidah as certificate.

@danagirl23 it is very simple to understand and imagine thesituation. when majority of us will start accepting annovations and for each annovation they will use the past accepted annovation as valid certificate/evidance of acceptance

The wahhabi/salafis mostly speak against this honourable act. How can anyone say Dhikr of Allah swt is a sin!? How can praising Allah swt not be a good deed anywhere,anytime & anyplace!?.. If a sheikh/imam taught me it was a sin to praise Allah swt aloud , i would get as far away as possible from that sheikh/imam. Clearly he has no love for Allah swt.

@mons86 You saying chanting Allah swt's name is "innovation" & not a rewardable act!?. How foolish can anyone be. How can chanting Allah swt's name in anyway, shape or form be a bad 'innovation'? Only those who have no love of Allah swt would believe as u do. I think najdi wahhabis should continue doing zikr of Abd Wahhab & leave doing the Zikr of Allah swt to the true Muslims.
