this "interviewer", if you can call him that even, must have never seen the styles from before the revolution or he would know that this is not some "modern" fashion in iran. people were dressing like this up until the mullahs started running the country and took away the peoples freedom to dress as they like. i think if you're going to try to be an "interviewer", you should check your facts before making idiotic statements such as he did during this clip.
