Ya, I'm very fortunate to come across this band even though I come here as a pretty big Raconteurs fan, and in only knowing of these guys from that. But this band has real soul that can't be taken away. :)

Little bit off-topic, but does everyone have lyrics of "Lies" by The Greenhornes ?

Is That LJ! I love him :D

I dig this one. Strange grainy ambiance & lighting. This happens to be my fave song by them. I think Jack made this song. Seems like Craig almost messed up a few lyrics at the end. But, I haven't seen my 2nd fave song they did anywhere on YouTube. Anybody know where their "Shelter Of Your Arms" is at?

There's no comparison...unless they're going by the 'ol "apples to oranges" both being "fruit." It's "music", with a couple of the same musicians. That's how it's similar.

Hellyeah! You shoulda seen what AJ did at the end of their set on St. Patty's! LOL! Too perfect! Of course, I don't know you or if you were there, so you may've seen it. HEH!

I gave something to LJ that I hope will encourage him & PK to come back to tha homies & rev this up again!

Was that wishful thinking? Who or what was your source? I'm still waiting for that to happen, like everyone else...dammit.

The Cincinnati Suds, Pearlene, Mysts Of Time, & Oxford Cotton.

Yeah.

Greenhornes could only sustain their peak briefly just because they were so explosive and out of this world it's impossible to keep that intensity. So maybe Raconteurs was necessary. Greenhornes in '03...sick!!!

Yes, they are. As Greenhornes, they make much less money, but much better music.
