Thank you for posting this rare gem. To this day, every classical music lover knows about Schumann's piano concerto. But many aren't even aware he wrote one for violin, largely due to the fact that it was not available for public performance for so many decades.

Excellent playing. Beautiful concerto. I love the development section where Schumann converses between solo winds and violin -- extraordinary! I love Schumann!

ok so its funny...I am choosing new repertoire and every piece that I like and want to play, you are on youtube playing! lol :) Brahms, Schumann Concerto, Ysaye Reverie, Glazunov Meditation, etc lol.
