trying to contact London South West and West Courts-the automated answer service makes me rage

i am trying to contact London South West and West Courts
i am trying to repond to the contact letter they have sent me, i am following the contact instruction on the letter that was sent. i need to contact the court to try and dispute the notice of fine , to obtain some more time for deal with the dispute and to let them know that they are contacting me at the wrong address.

this in 0845 number and premium rate costs applie, this is the 9/10th attempt that i was making and decided to film and share the grief i was having. i had been do this for about 1 hr and had tried all options from the service. all resulted in ending up on hold indeffinantly or being sent back to the start of the system.

btw i am a gardener and was just back from work ,hence the dirty fingernails!

I'm having the same problem I got a letter yesterday for £190 this is the first letter I have received from them it looks exactly like yours, though I have no idea what this fine is for??? They send you a nasty letter saying to pay up you don't know what your even paying for, the help line is never answered though the 24hour payment line works perfectly fine...dodgy indeed...

I think it's a scam. Don't give them any money!! And don't ring the numbers on the letter...search it up on the internet. I called Kingston Council and they gave me a number for the county court. I'm going to speak to the official court and ask them, not ringing the number on the letter.

@moinahmed001 mate, its true all u need to do is ring a magistrate court and find out their number only then they will tell you what happend. someone has used my name to a vehicle which i never been aware of so do not ignor this shiity peace of paper. ring any magistrate court then they will help you out.

I can't agree with you more, trying to contact these bloody idiots is a joke.. You would of thought the sort of money they screw out of people on a day to day basis, that they would at least have a few more competent employees answering the phones..!!

Oh and doesn't this woman on the automated service have a pompous annoying voice..!!
