Part 208. Frisco formally proposes to Felicia. Lee comes to see Robert to talk about Robert's recommendation that Bert become police commissioner. He's going to turn down Robert's recommendation. Robert fights for Bert but Lee doesn't think that Bert is qualified enough. Robert has spoiled the city by dealing with all levels of government, not just local. Robert's clout was a big advantage and Bert doesn't have it. Bert arrives to tell them that the judge has revoked Sean's bail and he has to go back to jail. Sean collapses clutching his chest. (Remember, Sean thinks ahead.) Yank tells Jade about Kim and promptly goes blind! Monica thinks that stress or fear of going back to jail may have given Sean a heart attack.

Note: Maybe it's my imagination but during the scene between Lee and Robert, somebody's stomach (or ummm lower) makes a weird noise. LOL

I think Port Charles doomed itself to eventual mob rule with its highly questionable choices for public office; Luke - mob front man and rapist - mayor, Anna - former double agent and jewel thief - police commissioner, Sean - convicted felon and con man - police commissioner, etc., etc. Even Bert turned into a crook. Not the best choices for fighting the good fight.

Yea, but as I recall he was all for it. I guess when the actor left they made it look like he resented it cause of Robert. I guess he had to blame someone so why not blame the guy you admire.
