umm... you forgot about percussion. My band plays this and there's a lot more snare than just quarter notes on 2 and 4.

the playback thing is blocking part of the flute part

WHY ARENT YOU FAMOUS YET. O:<<<<

awesome!! some kids this a my school for the talent show, except it was all band instruments, and the orchestra also played it

@Mrandolph422 It's a Glokenspiel. It's like a xylophone, except the bars are made of metal and smaller for higher pitch.

what software is this and where did you get it
hoboandwedgiestudio1 1 year ago
@hoboandwedgiestudio1 The software is Sibelius 5. It isn't free, but it is well worth the price. At the moment, the current version is Sibelius 6.

no F Horn?

That's right! Originally I debated whether or not to add a horn part. Ultimately, it didn't make it into the score due to the simplicity of the song.

intersting. id like to hear this live. im curious why you reharm'd the chorus. just creative stuff?

The chorus from the original song was way too simple. It's overly repetitive and this obviously makes it a boring song.
The cool thing about that particular chorus, is it works with so many neat background lines. I had a blast trying different sounds and rhythms behind the main chorus.
