This year is the 2011/12 season which HAS started as proven by the 2011 Draft back in June. There's more to a season than just the games and a season starts WAY before the first official game of the season is played.

@eyeofthetiger444 Shaq and Daniels got hurt and it was all downhill from there. After Perkins was traded the Celtics were never the same....they had no chance to win in 2011.

@KHayes666 for real. only reason the magic made it was because kg wasnt there to bring the defense and in 2010 the celtics had the lakers for 3 quarters in game 7 and it slipped out of their hands. had perkins been there his defense could have stopped the lakers. as for 2011? bad trades were made. celtics were in first on the east right off the bat up until the trades.

@23lakersfan and....the only reason the Celtics didn't smoke the Lakers in 2009 was because KG and Powe missed the playoffs. Hell if it weren't for injuries (KG in 09, Perkins in 10) the Celtics would have 3-peated.
