@akanne1 awesome, hope you have fun with the potatoes here! someone recently asked for a pesto recipe made with spinach, and I suggested this one - you might want to try making the pesto with spinach, and then adding spinach as the green for the salad :)

looks delicious, I have a TON of fresh basil, all varieties. I'll give it a try. I like how you used lemon juice and zest, I bettcha that lemon basil and lime basil would be great with all that lemon. I'll give it a try. Thanks. :)
