Hi. My dog does the same thing, vet is suggesting it might be bronchitis either related to asthma or virus. He is surrently treated with cortisone and it really helps but I want to find another treatment as the cortisone is very strong medication. Anyway when my dog has them, I try to lift his front paws up so he kinda sits on his bottom, that clears his airways and helps his breath normal.
Reverse sneeze, my dog does this too. The vet says cover her nose to try get her to swallow and it should stop. Says it's harmless as long as its not an every day thing.
Looks like reverse sneezing to me. Reflexes can set this off. Offer a treat and if he takes it, that can stop it. Sometimes it takes months for the reflex not to kick in. Sometimes swallowing or food can cause it, and equally food can relax it. I hope he is better now!
sorry yo9u can call it what you want hun, but giving it a name still dont make it normal to me. I been around dogs all my life and encountered it the first time just now. if i was you i would look into chemtrails and when you think you found it dig a bit harder and find the show on the history channel weather warefare. something is causing it and it is in our air.
to the person that posted this i want to make you aware of chemtrails ...please do a search you youtube about it . there is a good chance that this is connected. my dog is only 4 and has these attacks as well when i keep her too long or too active outside. look into it please
my dog just had one of those. You just have to comfort them and rub on them and it will eventually go away. I get so worried about my dog.
