My FACEBOOK fans requested this RELOAD! :D

As promised, here is some insight into my Pescetarian diet:

Including, but not limited to...

Breakfast
During the weekdays, I eat a quick breakfast which may consists of a soft boiled egg, an English muffin and water (followed by unsweetened green tea or coffee during my work week). If I want to eat something RAW, I'll grab a piece of fruit or Activia yogurt (with live cultures) from the fridge. I do not eat yogurt that doesn't boast live cultures. Other times I'll have like 2 cups of oatmeal with dried fruit, butter and brown sugar. I like to keep my breakfast simple and small but I hardly EVER skip breakfast. Water is the most important part of my breakfast though. I drink about 16 oz of water with my breakfast alone.

On the weekends, when I have more time, I'll prepare an omelette with feta cheese and spinach or "eggs florentine" which is one of my FAV breakfast items! It consists of sauteed spinach, a single poached egg, hollandaise sauce, atop a toasted english muffin. Sometimes I add sauteed mushrooms to the spinach. It's the BEST! I love to make lightly seasoned, diced potatoes with my eggs. I never eat any sort of meat for breakfast. I often Tweet pictures of things that I've cooked for breakfast so follow me on Twitter @msVAUGHNwashere

I HATE eating sweet stuff for breakfast... unless it's that time of the month. Real talk.

Lunch
On the weekdays I mostly visit the restaurants that I mentioned in the video. I failed to mention COZI. I go there a LOT to get food during the lunch hour. I usually get the Ceasar Salad with either shrimp, salmon or no meat at all. If I'm not that hungry I'll get the soup of the day and bread. That's it. If I prepare my own meals for lunch, it's usually something with RICE. Jasmine rice is my favorite thing to eat and I have an electronic rice steamer that my mom got me so cooking it is very quick and easy. Sometimes I'll make rice with sauteed shitake or portabella mushrooms and spinach (i eat a LOT of spinach). Other times I'll get a tuna steak and prepare it rare with ground black pepper corn and sea salt and serve it sliced with jasmine rice. YUM!! I also eat "lox and bagels" which consists of thinly sliced raw (smoked) salmon, onion and chive flavored cream cheese, capers and raw tomato on a bagel. This meal is super quick and easy and I LOVE the taste. I EAT A LOT OF SUSHI.

Dinner
I usually make vegetables for dinner. If I want "meat" I'll sautee salmon, tilapia, orange ruffie, or shrimp with some veggies and pour over rice or noodles. Sometimes I'll add a tomato or a creamy based sauce to the noodles. I also like to sprinkle shaved parmesan cheese on top for added flavor. It's the BEST!

Snacks
I snack a LOT. I eat yogurt and granola mostly, if it's planned. I also add fruit to it sometimes, either fresh or dried. I'm huge on leftovers so I mostly snack on things that I haven't finished the first time around. LOL

I do not drink pop. With my meals I drink mostly water or wine. I drink juice and mineral water as a separate treat but not typically with meals.

TIP: If you buy large quantities of fresh veggies at one time, try freezing them to keep them from spoiling so quickly in between meals. I had to learn that tip the hard way.

I hope this has helped you guys to get a better idea of my diet routine. Again, this has nothing to do with losing weight or living longer. My goal is to live WELL.

Love,
Vaughn
