Tokyo earthquake, March 11, 2011

I was in Kinokunia bookstore in downtown Tokyo--on the 6th floor--when the quake hit, and I happened to have my video camera with me. The brunt of the quake had passed by the time I shot this. It was far more intense beforehand.

I had some great footage of an aftershock when I was outside on the street afterwards...and at the end of it realized I had forgot to hit "record". Doh!

Haha! I did the same thing with one of the big aftershocks. After it ended I hit the button to stop recording and... eh? it started recording. Guess I hadn't pressed it hard enough.
