A group of employees and an employer can bargain and negotiate. There is no requirement to come to an agreement, but arbitration is highly recommended.

  • I'll bargain anything for a union with this girl.

  • No wonder... the background is green screen.

  • and the place of business in which you work has a right to say "no," you're asking too much

  • People that are anti-union hate capitalism! Unions are the most capiitalist institution in the USA. No one should decide how much money I make but me. If I can get more money through collective bargaining I have a constituional right to do so under the first amendment.

  • @DoveDancing yes, exactly. I'm glad there's someone on youtube who understands that you collectively bargain without the governments help. thank god!

  • The right to collectively bargain is recognized through international human rights conventions. Article 23 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights identifies the ability to organize trade unions as a fundamental human right.[3] Item 2(a) of the International Labour Organization's Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work defines the "freedom of association and the effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining" as an essential right of workers.[4]

  • @huntinforit It is better to print money for the bastard Koch bros who got all Wisconsin's budget? You love big winners and hate little winners? WHY?

  • @huntinforit are you or have you ever been in a union and why call people parasites and bastards because they want to unionize? The collective bargaining process is a part of a free society, we are not China (which is Communist). Taking collective bargaining off the table will not effectively reduce any deficit. Like the young lady said in this piece, you don't have to agree to the terms presented by the unions but to to say you can't collectively bargain is communist.

  • Just more UNION BULLYING. These Parasites only care about themselves. We are broke now..Maybe we should print more money for these bastards.
