OK, as said above this is on PSX-P. What's PSX-P? It's a homebrew emulator for the psp, with poor performance, but promising at the time.

The same year PSX-P was released, Dark Alex hacked sony's embedded psx emulator on the psp firmware, so the homebrew emulators where dropped, as the sony emulator runs at 100% speed and with no glitches.

Check the date of the video. Son'y ps1 emu wasn't hacked at the time.

@awsomeaustin316 itis hacked, you can't run any downloaddwed game on any psp, also I don't think this game is at the psn store (well, maybe it is at the japanesse store), but anyway you can play any psx game on the psp, they don't need to be at the store.
