@lilqtforeva Some of the EZ curl bars are heavier than 20lbs so it could be over 200.

wow that form was INSANELY GOOD for 200 pounds.....this guy could easily curl 335 with bad form ha.

This guy is a bear. Holy shit.

These are very decent cheat curls. The cheat curl is a style of doing the curl which allows for some body sway to ease the weight up but which still demands that the arms be the primary motive force. He's doing these very well. Definitely a very strong man.
Probably the only person in history who could have done these as strict slow curls would have Doug Hepburn the famed Canadian strong man of the 50s.

These wanna be fitness expert retards educated by yahoo/fitness.com talking about him putting his body into it. He's not working his Biceps god damn idiots. He competes in world's strongest man, he is using the most efficient way possible to 'curl' a weight up with your arms, for say, I don't know, a massive fucking 300+ lbs LOG!!!!!!! it's not about targeting the biceps, it's about the mechanics of the motion.

For starters that's 195, but still impressive. Not very impressive saying as he was rocking on every rep and he himself weighs probably 250+. But sorta impressive nonetheless.
Short of using a forklift, i dont think there is any "bad"form when curling 200+ pounds.
