does it have a compartment under the seat? and if it does can you record a video. i might buy one of these

@dlcrt Maybe the speedometer cable needs lubrication. My Vespa has got fifteen years and I never saw this problem. The cable is cheap. If you change it the problem will disappear.

@ROBERaazz It's because of the speedometer cable position when the bike is stoped sometimes

What does it happen to the speedometer?
It´s 20 mph with the bike stopped.

@ROBERaazz The speedometer sticks on this bike sometimes and wont move for a little bit. If you start riding it will unfreeze normally.
