In this case we have to change the name of the band from Blondie to Brunettie.

Excellent natural talent right here. ;)

@SmileyMT probably better than anything you could do. Just enjoy the song for what it is man...

Can someone give me a Lilly Allen written original written solely by herself? This is not proper music and Its just a shitty re-hash.
-
Her voice in this one makes me think of Helena Bonham Carter's voice in Sweeny Todd...

Not a bad cover... nice to see that good song from decades past are regularly re-interpreted. And it is a form of compliment from Lily Allen to Debbie Harry (who co-wrote this song). Probably the most sincere compliment that a singer can make to a fellow singer or song composer.
Some people don't like covers in general but my opinion is that when in concert any artist is free to sing whatever he or she wants.. and in this one the public seems to appreciate...

Not heard this before..i really like it..think lilly is a talented girl..despite what peeps think or say..she can sing and she can adapt things to suit.

Good song

I love her covers **

Whoever says Lily can't sing obviously doesn't have ears. She's a brill songwriter, AND has the soprano to cover it.
SHUT UP AND ENJOY THE MUSIC!

I hate it when people compare covers to originals.
=__=
So you are saying that if you want to make a cover of a song,
you are required to blow away the original?
That's kind of sad.
