This was really cute and the husband testimonial was funny! I like your blog and am a big fan of Thai food. Sometime I am confused by the ingredients (lemon? not lime?) also the tom yom paste, which I'm glad to see it's actually nam prik pao and not tom yum paste. You cook all this yummy food for your hubby, tell him to help you with the ingredients (and dishes!) ;)

Question, the wing beans how long do you cook them? can you consume the inner bean only? thank you

I think your videos are beautiful. I can't believe someone said they didn't like your voice. I think you have a lovely voice and I wish I could speak Thai as well as you speak English.
I can only imagine how good that food must taste. Thank you for your videos.

what kind of stock do you use?

Is this authentic Thai dish? Never heard of it before

@Phal222
This one is not authentic because I cut 1 ingredient out, roasted coconut.
If you order from a restaurant you will probably get the roasted coconut in it. There are different style to cook this dish too. Some people add hard boiled eggs. :) Here are some pictures from google for this food.
You can also use this keyword "ยำถั่วพู" to search on google image.
