Good job! I agree with you, I can't stand it when people slop paint onto an antique that was never painted in the first place. Especially if the piece is made of a beautiful wood or has a beautiful veneer. I did antique restoration full time for many years and I saw so many pieces virtually ruined by paint.

many would disagree... white antiques sell the most in Europe. Either way I still like what you've done :)!

Thanks, Next time I go to Europe I am going to be on the lookout for white antiques. There was a time in the 60-70s when designers were having everything painted white.Take care,Dave
