Hey everybody, just thought I would let you all know that I have been going to the gym lately at my mom's church it's a big church and just in case you are wondering it is North Phoenix Baptist church and they have this big building there called the FLC which stands for "family life center" and they have roller skating ring, big basketball court, this room with just plain white walls and a see through wall and like you are supposed to bounc a ball of the wall and then the other person catches it and bounces it off the wall towards you and I don't remember what is is called (maybe i'm missing part of the game but I don't remember), they have pool (not as in a water pool but as in biliards pool "however you spell that),they have air hockey, that game with the football guys you spin around and the ball, ping pong (atleast they used to), they also have like a sorta lunch place where you can order sandwiches and stuff like that and ice cream and drinks, and then upstairs they have all the excerising stuff the first room I use is the one with the bikes and the bars that you lift (you know stuff to work your stomach and legs, thighs, arms) then the second room I use is the one with all the treadmills in it (I love running on the treadmill it's fun) and the stairmasters and I think some more stuff to work mostly your arms, and then the third room I use is the one with walking/running track that is shaped like an oval and you just either walk/run in there, and then there is the pretty much the weight room where according to my sister there are a bunch of guys in there who make grunting noises while they work out so none of us use that room. That is pretty much it but there is plently of stuff to work on there and I know you can really lose weight there if you put your mind to it and also eat a bit healthier because my mom started going there almost every day a long time ago and she lost like 40 pounds maybe more excersizing there and eating healthier so yeah. Atleast I don't have to worry about doing situps on the hard floor at home anymore.

  • Yeah im 189 i want to be 130 oe 125 by november or early december :) more or less sonner than chrismas break and so glad yuh have the resource but i dont but in the house is good :)

  • aw :) good luck with your weight loss i'm sure you will do great! i'm trying to loss weigh too!!! i weight 130 and i wanna weigh 90 so good luck to both of us :)
